    Manhattan man arrested on domestic battery and drug paraphernalia charges

    A Manhattan man was arrested Friday morning following a reported domestic disturbance.

    Riley County Police say officers filed the report around 9:24 a.m. Jan. 16 in Manhattan. A 39-year-old woman reported that a 44-year-old man known to her battered her and caused property damage.

    Officers arrested Kevin Harbaugh, 44, of Manhattan, at approximately 9:47 a.m. on charges of domestic battery, criminal damage to property and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

    Harbaugh was issued a total bond of $9,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
