Officers filed a report for aggravated assault at approximately at 10:05 a.m. on Jan. 8 near McCall Road and Hayes Drive. A 36-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were listed as victims when it was reported a 44-year-old male suspect known to the victims pointed a firearm at them.
Sheyenne Stewart, 30, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:12 a.m. on Jan. 7 on a Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of aggravated interference with parental custody and two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer in the 1100 block of Scenic Landing. Stewart was issued a total bond of $8,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
