A bicyclist was seriously injured Friday evening following a crash at a Manhattan intersection, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers responded at approximately 6:37 p.m., Feb. 13th to the intersection of Fort Riley Boulevard and South 10th Street for a report of an injury crash. Upon arrival, officers determined that a bicyclist, identified as Austin Rowzer, 32, of Manhattan, had collided with a 2006 Hyundai Sonata driven by Asia Arceneaux, 24, of Manhattan.
Rowzer sustained major injuries and was transported by Riley County EMS to Via Christi Hospital for treatment.
