Riley County Police arrested a Salina man Thursday in the 400 block of East Poyntz Ave. on a pair of Saline County District Court warrants for drug possession.

According to Friday’s RCPD Daily News, 45-year-old Calvin Anderson III is charged with possession of an opiate or narcotic, and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. An online criminal complaint alleges Anderson was in possession of methamphetamine when he was initially arrested on July 30, 2025.

Anderson was released from the Riley County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
