Jeremy Richmond, 34, of Topeka, was arrested at approximately 4:52 p.m. on Feb. 19. 2026 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of flee and elude, contributing to child misconduct, aggravated endangerment of child and interference with a law enforcement officer. Richmond was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
