A Junction City man was arrested Tuesday at the Riley County Jail on a Manhattan Municiapl Court warrant for failure to appear, stemming from an original charge of theft.
Police say 23-year-old Derrick Barbour Jr. also was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated assault, aggravated domestic battery, criminal threat and domestic battery. The arrest stems from an original report filed in December.
An online criminal complaint alleges the offenses against a female victim on Dec. 17.
Barbour remains jailed on a $15,500 bond.
