Jessica Cutright, 44, of Wamego, was arrested at approximately 11:55 p.m. on March 25, 2026 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road for theft of property or services and unlawful computer acts. This arrest stems from a report originally filed in October 2024. Cutright was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Nicholas McDaniel, 20, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:33 p.m. on March 25 near Casement Road and Tuttle Creek Blvd. for aggravated violation of the offender registration act, seven counts of violating the offender registration act and three counts of perjury. McDaniel was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
