Officers filed a report for domestic battery and criminal damage to property at approximately 11:48 p.m. on March 5, 2026 in Manhattan. A 53-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a known 34-year-old male was listed as the suspect. Storm Roudybush, 34, of Manhattan, was arrested at 12 a.m. on March 6 for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Roudybush was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of distribution of certain stimulant (at least 3.5, but less than 100 grams), distribution of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of substance in KSA 65-4105(h), and criminal use of weapons at approximately 2:01 a.m. on March 5 in the 800 block of Temple Lane. Stephen Blair, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:12 a.m. for distribution of certain stimulant (at least 3.5, but less than 100 grams), distribution of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of substance in KSA 65-4105(h), and criminal use of weapons. Blair was issued a total bond of $25,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
