Kansas State ranked in AP Poll, unranked in Coaches Poll

Kansas State has not been in the poll since their early season flutter, which included losses to Missouri and Oklahoma State but found themselves back at No. 25 in the Week 10 poll. Kansas State is one of four Big 12 teams in the poll. Texas and Oklahoma retain their spot but move to No. 7 and No. 10, respectively. Ingram Among Top Transfers by D1Baseball

MANHATTAN, Kan. (K-State Athletics) – Kansas State newcomer Chuck Ingram ranked 55th overall among D1Baseball’s 2024 Top 130 Impact Transfers list. A 6-foot-1 outfielder, Ingram arrives at K-State after playing three seasons (2021-23) at Wichita State, where he helped the Shockers to 82 victories. The two-time First Team All-American Athletic Conference selection turned in a monster junior campaign, slashing .362/.437/.579 with 80 hits and 41 RBI. Ingram was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll three times last season on his way to his second consecutive all-conference award.
