Kansas State University came up several times during the monthly Kansas Board of Regents meeting held Wednesday. K-State Student Body President Reagan Kays presented at the meeting as chair of the board’s Students’ Advisory Committee. The Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency and it’s Board of Directors held a ribbon cutting Wednesday for the Wamego Regional Shuttle service. The new service will provide public transportation between the cities of Wamego and Manhattan, described as the next step in regional transportation.
