A Manhattan man has been arrested in connection with the shooting that took place on Sunday. 45-year-old Brannan Turner was apprehended by the Wichita Police Department yesterday around 10:00 PM according to Riley County Police Department PIO Ashley Tokoi. Wichita PD was able to utilize their license plate reader technology to aid in the arrest of Turner. Through the use of license plate reader AI algorithms, they were able to narrow down the area Turner was in, making the apprehension swift and precise. Andrea and Hugo DeJesus, own and operate A&H Farms in Manhattan and operate four farmer markets and a farm store, with the goal of having crops growing 350 days a year.
