A Manhattan man is under investigation for illegal activities online. The Riley County Police Department says 30-year-old Koltyn Moore was arrested Tuesday evening at Manhattan Town Center on district court warrant for unlawful computer acts and theft by deception. The arrest stems from a Nov. 14 alleged incident. Moore was issued a $10,000 bond but was no longer confined as of Wednesday morning’s arrest report. Click here for more local Manhattan news.

Koltyn Moore, 30, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:25 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2025 in the 200 block of Manhattan Town Center on a Riley County District Court warrant for unlawful computer acts and theft by deception. Manhattan High girls’ basketball overcame a near double-digit fourth-quarter deficit to earn a gritty 77–74 overtime win at Shawnee Heights on Monday night. Behind a career night from Will Carpenter and a gritty late push, Manhattan High boys’ basketball edged Shawnee Heights 56–54 on Monday in a back-and-forth battle to extend its winning streak to five games heading into the winter break. The 6-foot guard Carpenter finished with a career-high 27 points, knocking down six 3-pointers, including a late dagger that capped a strong closing stretch for the Indians. Sunset Zoo staff found an early Christmas present recently. The zoo announced Friday that on the morning of Dec. 7, zookeepers discovered Kivuli, the black-and-white colobus monkey, had given birth overnight. Colobus gestation lasts approximately six months, and based on observed breeding behavior, staff had a general idea of when the baby might arrive.
