Two individuals were arrested in Riley County over the weekend, according to the latest report from the Riley County Police Department. Early Sunday morning, 47-year-old Daniel Alan Lindsey of Manhattan was taken into custody around 1:39 a.m. in the 2400 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard. He was arrested on probable cause for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with a blood or breath alcohol content of .08 or higher. His bond was set at $750. USD 383 gave final approval of a revised visitors policy on Wednesday, with the addition of creating an advisory committee to look into the issue of having Applied Behavioral Analysis therapists in the classroom. A final report from this advisory committee is due by the end of November. The amended policy passed 7-0.
