Residents of the most heavily damaged area of West, Texas can return to their homes this weekend, but not to stay. For some the homecoming will be bittersweet; of the one-hundred-56 homes in the neighborhood, only three are fit for habitation.

Overall, three Kansas State Wildcats received phone calls informing them that they were drafted. The 2013 Manhattan Helmet Fair was held in the Anthony Middle School Parking Lot Saturday morning. A variety of sponsors including the City of Manhattan, State Farm, Safe Kids Riley County, and more were on-hand to encourage/educate the community about bicycle safety.
