Despite a slight increase from September, October ended up being another lethargic month for Pottawatomie County property sales. County appraiser Lois Schlegel reported to the county commission on Monday that 44 parcels were sold in the month of October. That’s up 14 from September’s total. As of Monday, Pottawatomie County’s year-to-date total was 432 parcels, which is down 120 from the 2010 total.
