Riley County Police jailed 42-year-old David Lee Huffman of Ogden, in lieu of $40,000 on Thursday morning. Huffman is accused in two incidents. In the first complaint (23-006922), he is charged with single counts each of: Theft by Deception (value between $1,500 and $25,000), Forgery, Identity Theft (while defrauding to receive benefits under $100,000), Making False Information, and Giving a Worthless Check (value between $1,000 and $25,000).
