Riley County officers responded to a fatal accident on Deep Creek Road on Tuesday night. According to officers, 33 year old David Collins was killed after his Ford truck left the roadway and hit a ravine just before 8:00 pm in the 800 block of Deep Creek Road. It is unknown at this time if Collins was wearing a seatbeat or was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident. Family was notified of the accident.

The Riley County Police Department noted Monday that Ulta Beauty was victimized again on Saturday evening, for the third time in a week, as three unknown suspects stole multiple items from the store, totaling approximately $2,000.
