A Wamego man was arrested on numerous Pottawatomie County charges, including fleeing and eluding and domestic battery. According to Riley County Police Department reports, 31-year-old Mingo Pasillas was arrested around 4:15 Wednesday afternoon at Target. he was charged with two counts of violation of protection orders, flee or attempt to elude, domestic battery, two counts of driving while suspended, improper driving on a laned roadway, reckless driving, two counts of speeding, failure to yield and no proof of liability insurance. Total bond was set at $63,000. Pasillas was not confined in the Riley County Jail as of Thursday morning.
