Over the last few years, Air BnBs and short-term rentals have grown in popularity across the country, and Riley County is no different. Planning and Special Projects Director Amanda Webb says that when the county adopted the Land Development Regulations in 2022, new short-term rental regulations were put in place. Webb says the county wants to work with anyone looking to rent out their property to make the application process as smooth as possible.
