Officers filed a report of criminal thread and interference with an LEO x 3 on August 8, 2024, at approximately 9:36 AM in the 600 block of S. Delaware Ave. Officers listed a 42-year-old male as the victim when it was reported the subject made multiple threats to him. Officers later arrested David Lingle, II, 40, of Denver, Colorado, on the aforementioned charges. Total bond was set at $15,000. Lingle was not confined at the time of this report.
