Brian Duzan
A preliminary hearing set for a Manhattan man in Pottawatomie County Court on Thursday was waived and his arraignment has been scheduled.
38-year-old Brian Duzan will be arraigned February 25th at 9 a.m.
Duzan was arrested after a nine-hour search in early January, as previously reported by KMAN.
Duzan faces charges of aggravated burglary, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor theft.
