Officers listed Robert Dickson, 26, of Manhattan and Lauren Dickson, 24, of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect took miscellanous items from the victim’s storage area. Steven Herron, 61, of Kansas City, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on May 15, 2018 at approximately 12:20 AM. Herron was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, interference with law enforcement, driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia. Herron was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
