    Steven Bowman, 36, of Junction City, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 22, 2018, at approximately 12:45 PM. Bowman was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Bowman was issued a total bond of $6,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers responded to the report of an injury accident near the intersection of U-24 HWY and Billings St. in Riley County on October 22, 2018, at approximately 9:20 AM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 1998 Green Ford F15 driven by Jayme Thomas, 53, of Riley had crashed. Thomas was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries.
