Officers filed a report for theft in the 300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on October 24, 2019 at approximately 2:50 PM. Officers listed Best Buy as the victim when it was reported two unknown suspects took two Bose headphones. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $763.00. Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Poyntz Avenue and Park Road in Manhattan on October 24, 2019 at approximately 5:30 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a black 2009 Audi A4 driven by Curtis McDaniel, 33, of Junction City crashed with a gray 2012 Toyota Camry driven by Kathryn Sexton, 38, of Manhattan. A passenger was transported to Via Christi for treatment of their injuries. McDaniel was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
