    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Osage St. in Manhattan on October 3, 2018, at approximately 1:40 PM. Officers listed James Fischer, 63, of Overland Park as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect damaged his SUV. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,200.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 300 block of Hunter Pl. in Manhattan on October 3, 2018, at approximately 6:05 PM. Officers listed Andres Munoz, 24, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took miscellaneous electronics from his residence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,510.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Justin Freed, 34, of Ogden, was arrested while in the 1200 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on October 3, 2018, at approximately 5:15 PM. Freed was arrested on offenses of possession of stimulant, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended. Freed was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Freed was confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on October 3, 2018, at approximately 6:00 PM. Officers listed Victorias Secret as the victim when it was reported three unknown suspects took merchandise from the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,138.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
