    Jesse Bailey III, 20, of Junction City was arrested while in the 1200 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on November 1, 2018, at approximately 1:10 AM. Bailey III was arrested on offenses of aggravated robbery, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon and interference with LEO. Bailey III was issued a total bond of $40,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Dquane Phillips, 18, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 1200 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on November 1, 2018, at approximately 1:10 AM. Phillips was arrested on offenses of aggravated robbery and possession of marijuana. Phillips was issued a total bond of $30,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    James Gayle, 25, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 1200 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on November 1, 2018, at approximately 1:10 AM. Gayle was arrested on an offense of aggravated robbery. Gayle was issued a total bond of $30,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary in the 900 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on November 1, 2018, at approximately 9:45 PM. Officers listed Qiang Zheng, 22, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took shoes from his apartment. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,696.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
