    Officers filed a report for identity theft and theft in the 2400 block of W 60th Ave. in Manhattan on November 2, 2018, at approximately 4:30 PM. Officers listed Larry Dall, 71, of Manhattan and Sprint as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect stole services by creating an account in the victim’s name. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,967.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Chauncey Lyles, 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1400 block of Hartman Pl. in Manhattan on November 2, 2018, at approximately 1:30 PM. Lyles was arrested on offenses of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful selling of prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lyles was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Lyles was not confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 7200 block of Vinton School Rd. in Manhattan on November 4, 2018, at approximately 5:40 PM. Officers listed Donald Banks, 57, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took power tools from his garage. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $775.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary in the 1000 block of Laramie St. in Manhattan on November 3, 2018, at approximately 11:45 PM. Officers listed Celeste Hannan, 20, of Manhattan and Hailey Wilkins, 20, of Manhattan as the victims when an unknown suspect entered their apartment without permission. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
