Officers filed a report for aggravated false impersonation in the 2000 block of Plymouth Road in Manhattan on February 27, 2020 at approximately 8:51 AM. Officers listed a 60-year-old man as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect scammed him out of money by impersonating a law enforcement officer on the phone. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,200.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
