    Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Ninth St in Ogden on April 29, 2019, at approximately 2:45 PM. Officers listed David Wood, 56 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took three air conditioning units and copper. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,500.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on April 29, 2019, at approximately 6:40 PM. Officers listed Victoria Secret of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported two unknown female suspects took merchandise. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,633.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Cayce Ryan, 33 of Randolph was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 29, 2019, at approximately 4:00 PM. Ryan was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated criminal threat, criminal use of a weapon, and three counts of violate protection order. Ryan was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Ryan was still confined at the time of this report.

    Donovan Dumas, 26 of Manhattan was arrested in the 500 block of Moro in Manhattan on April 30, 2019, at approximately 1:50 AM. Dumas was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Dumas was issued a total bond of $6,000.00. Dumas was still confined at the time of this report.
