Officers filed a report for theft in the 5100 block of Skyway Dr. in Manhattan on July 16, 2018 at approximately 2:50 PM. Officers listed Foley Equipment Compnay as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took a Caterpillar Telehandler.
