Dayton Hunter-Clay, 20, of Topeka was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on July 19, 2018 at approximately 3:50 PM. Hunter-Clay was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Hunter-Clay was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
