Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 2500 block of Casement Rd in Manhattan on July 23, 2020, at approximately 6:28 PM. Officers listed a 19-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown male suspect pointed a handgun at him after an argument.
