Sarah Sessin, 31, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1900 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on August 8, 2018 at approximately 1:44 AM. Sessin was arrested on offenses of possession of marijuana, driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked and driving while a habitual violator. Robinson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for burglary and theft and an additional offense of possession of marijuana. Robinson was issued a total bond of $5,500.00.
