Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary in the 1600 block of Fairchild Ave. in Manhattan on August 28, 2018, at approximately 10:40 AM. Officers listed Nathan Rapue, 20, of Manhattan and Cory Neill, 21, of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect took miscellaneous items from their residence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,115.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1500 block of Fairchild Ave. in Manhattan on August 28, 2018, at approximately 11:30 AM. Officers listed Ethan Taylor, 20, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his Black and Orange Fuji Mountain Bike. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $820.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Officers filed a report for motor vehicle theft in the 500 block of Osage St. in Manhattan on August 28, 2018, at approximately 1:20 PM. Officers listed Gage Welborn, 21, of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his Black 2016 Moped Taota. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $870.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Officers filed a report for theft and contribute to a child misconduct in Manhattan on August 28, 2018. Officers listed a 52-year-old female, a 27-year-old male and a 12-year-old male as the victims and a 49-year-old male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic), no additional information will be released.
Jacob Canady, 26, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 300 block of Fort Riley Blvd. in Manhattan on August 28, 2018, at approximately 10:15 PM. Canady was arrested a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Canady was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Enrique Munoz, 20, of Topeka, was arrested while in the 100 block of Courthouse Pl. in Manhattan on August 28, 2018, at approximately 12:15 PM. Munoz was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Munoz was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Munoz was not confined at the time of this report.
Christopher Clark, 38, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on August 28, 2018, at approximately 9:55 AM. Clark was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for non-residential burglary, residential burglary, theft (x6) and criminal damage to property. Clark was issued a total bond of $7,500.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
