RCPD Report 9/27/18

Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery in the 2200 block of Green Ave. in Manhattan on September 26, 2018, at approximately 10:10 PM. Officers listed Therriana Pittman, 18, of Manhattan and Brittany Shadburn, 18, of Manhattan as the victims when two unknown suspects took money from the victims. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $100.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers responded to the report of an injury crash in the 300 block of Seth Child Rd. in Manhattan on September 26, 2018 at approximately 10:45 AM. When officers arrived on scene they found a black Nissan Frontier pickup driven by Stefan Bullard-Young, 21, of Junction City had crossed the center line and crashed into a white 2017 Dodge Ram Van driven by Marc Rolph, 27, of Manhattan. Bullard-Young, Rolph and a passenger in Dodge Ram were all three transported to Via Christi for treatment of their injuries. Bullard-Young was issued a citation for inattentive driving.

Edward Schilling, 75, of Leonardville was arrested while in the 100 block of E Barton St. in Leonardville on September 26, 2018, at approximately 5:30 PM. Schilling was arrested on offenses of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Schilling was issued a total bond of $7,500.00. Schilling was not confined at the time of this report.

Danieal Dixon, 24, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1100 block of Bluemont St. in Manhattan on September 26, 2018, at approximately 10:55 AM. Dixon was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and Riley County District Court and Manhattan Municipal Court warrants for probation violation. Dixon was issued a total bond of $12,250.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
