Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Patricia Price, 39, of Ogden, Kansas on October 12, 2016, at approximately 1:15 PM. Price was arrested while at 100 Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan on the offense of violation of probation which was listed on a warrant with “no bond” from Junction City, Kansas. At the time of this report, she was confined at the Riley County Jail.
