Wamego High School Principal Tim Winter is one of four final candidates for Wamego’s USD 320 Superintendent position. USD 320 authorities announced Winter as a candidate Tuesday. Winter has been principal at Wamego High School for 6 years. Prior to that he served as a principal at Blue Valley High/Middle School in USD 384.
A Candidate Meet & Greet was rescheduled to 5:00-6:00 p.m. Monday in the library at Wamego High School.
Current Superintendent Denise O’Dea resigned her position last month–and will be taking over as Superintendent of Washington County Schools’ USD 108. Day’s resignation is effective June 30th. She has served nearly five years in the Wamego position.
