    Body of Kansas soldier killed in war returns home

    OLATHE, Kan. (AP) The body of a Kansas soldier who was killed in Afghanistan is scheduled to return home to Olathe.

    U.S. Army Specialist Spencer Duncan’s body will return to his home in Olathe Tuesday. He was one of 30 American soldiers killed Aug. 6 when a Chinook helicopter was shot down.

    Duncan’s body is scheduled to land at New Century AirCenter near Gardner around 9 a.m. His supporters are asking residents in the area to honor him by lining up along 151st Street from Lone Elm Road to Blackbob by 9:45 a.m.
