It took a TD pass from Colin Klein to Chris Harper with 1:39 remaining for the Cats to avoid an upset at the hands of the Colonels of Eastern Kentucky in the season opener, squeaking by with a 10-7 win.  In a total change from last season the defense for K-State dominated the contest holding down the EKU offense all game long while the Cats struggled to make any progress offensively all night long.  The game wrap up features game highlights including the game winning TD catch, interviews with Coach Snyder, Colin Klein, Chris Harper, Jordan Voelker, Tre Walker, BJ Finney, and Tyler Lockett, and analysis from the staff of Powercat Gameday.  John Kurtz video.
