Kaitlynn Pelger had 17 kills and 18 digs as K-State won their eighth straight match by sweeping Baylor, 25-19, 25-15, and 25-18 at Ahearn Fieldhouse on Saturday night.  Lilla Porubek added 13 kills, and Kathleen Ludwig had 11 in the Big 12 opener for the Cats.  Junior setter Caitlyn Donahue also had a double-double with 37 assists and 10 digs.  K-State started fast in all three sets, leading 5-0 over Baylor in the 1st, 9-0 in the 2nd, and 10-4 in the decisive third frame.

K-State volleyball hits the road again this week for a tough two-match trip to Missouri and Texas A&M.  First serve for the Cats and Tigers is 6:30 pm on Wednesday night, and coverage begins from Columbia at 6:00 on KMAN.
