OLATHE, Kan. (AP) A body found Saturday in a wooded area in Miami County has been identified as 20-year-old Olathe resident Samuel J. Hargrove.

Hargrove was reported missing Thursday after last being seen in a green Buick LaSabre, and his body was found about 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Police say there were no signs of criminal activity. They had issued an alert for him early Saturday after concerns were raised about his well-being.

Investigators from the Olathe Police Department and Miami County Sheriff’s Office were involved in the discovery of Hargrove’s body.
