    Craigslist listing results in arrest

    0
By KMAN Staff on November 16, 2011 Local News

A Craigslist listing led to the arrest of a Manhattan man on the charges of felony possession of stolen property Monday evening.

Paul Pierce, 20,  was searching Craigslist when he stumbled upon a listing for his own Honda CR-125 motorcycle that had been reported stolen on the 20th of August. Pierce made arrangements to buy the motorcycle, and then called Riley County police to go with him on the arranged pick up.

RCPD arrested Jason Oder of Manhattan on felony possession, and theft of property.

Oder is being held with a $2,000 bond.
