Pair of K-Staters named freshmen all-American

A couple of young Wildcats were recognized for their accomplishments on the gridiron this past fall.  The Football Writers Association of America named K-State kick returner Tyler Lockett and offensive lineman B.J. Finney freshman all-americans.  K-State is one of two schools to place two freshman on the all-american rosters. USC is the other.

Lockett averaged a nation leading 35.2 yards per return with two touchdowns this season. Finney anchored an offensive line that produced one of the best rushing teams in the Big 12 (190 ypg).
