Brittany Chambers scored 29 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the K-State women broke a three game losing streak with a 67-56 win at Oklahoma State. The Cats built a 26-point lead over the Cowgirls with just over 12 minutes to go in the game, and had to hold off a late charge by Oklahoma State. Tasha Dickey added 15 points for K-State. The Cats hit 11 three pointers as a team, including five from Chambers and three for Dickey.
The K-State women will make the trip to Texas on Wednesday for a 7:00pm tipoff at the Erwin Center. Pregame from the K-State Sports Network with Brian Smoller and Randy Peterson begins at 6:30 on KMAN from Austin.
