Four face drug charges after a Friday morning bust by the Riley County Police Department.

RCPD Lieutenant Josh Kyle tells KMAN the bust occurred Friday morning just after 7:30 in the 500 block of North Manhattan. A total of 12.5 ounces of marijuana was seized as a result of the search warrant with an approximate street value of $5,500.

Arrested were Phillip Malcaluso, 19, Maxwell Zinser, 19, and Katherine Kearns, 19, all of Manhattan. Also picked up was Nicholas Fraken, 19, of Roeland Park, Kansas.

Malcaluso, Zinser, and Kearns were all charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, no drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were all released from Riley County Jail after paying a $6,000 bond.

Franken was charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana and possession of cocaine. He is free after posting a $3,000 bond.
