Riley County police are looking into a report of aggravated battery, which came in Tuesday.
According to the report, a female was struck by a vehicle that was driven by someone with whom she had a domestic relationship. The incident in question occurred at the intersection of Pierre and S. 10th street back on March 15th. The victim suffered only minor injuries that did not require treatment.
At this point no arrests have been made as police continue to investigate the matter.
