SURPRISE, Ariz. (AP)   The Kansas City Royals have acquired catcher Humberto Quintero and outfielder Jason Bourgeois from the Houston Astros for minor league reliever Kevin Chapman and a player to be named.  The deal Tuesday gives Kansas City much-needed help at catcher and sends a young, power arm to the Astros as they build for the future.  The 32-year-old Quintero has spent nine years in the major leagues, playing for both Houston and San Diego.  Known more for defense than his bat, he hit .240 with two home runs and 25 RBIs in 262 at-bats last season.  Bourgeois, 30, batted .294 with 31 stolen bases in 93 games for the Astros last year.  He had one home run and 16 RBIs.
