After being swept over the weekend by Missouri, the K-State baseball team will look to pick up the pieces on Tuesday night against Wichita State. Errors and a lack of timely hitting plagued the Cats against the Tigers, as they dropped to 3-12 in the Big 12. The team K-State always wants to beat is of course KU, but on the baseball diamond, the Wildcats’ biggest rival is Wichita State. The Cats had beat Wichita State eight times in a row before the Shockers won the final meeting last season in Wichita.
K-State welcomes in Wichita State to Tointon Family Stadium on Tuesday night. The BD4 Distributing Pregame Show begins at 6:00pm on KMAN, and first pitch is at 6:30..
