    Arrests

    Julia Diane Ohayon, 30, Fort Riley, Kan., for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $1,500.

    Christopher James Obyrne IV, 26, 3000 Grand Mere Parkway, for criminal damage to property. Bond set at $1,000.

    Ralph Francis Walters, 56, homeless, for failure to appear. Bond set at $750.

    Shonni Sierra Miles, 20, 1401 College Ave., Building 101 Apartment B, for domestic battery. Bond set at $500.

    Manuel Henry Garcia, 31, Junction City, Kan., for driving under the influence and criminal distribution of firearms to a known felon. Bond set at $2,500.

    Christopher Evan Cuchy, 19, 1719 Rockhill Rd., for failure to appear. Bond set at $0.

    Andrew Bolton Jameson, Jr., 41, 605 Highland Ridge Dr., Apartment No. 9305, for driving under the influence. Bond set at $750.
