Arrests

Jamie Lynn Orr, 28, Riley, Kan., for domestic battery. Bond set at $500.

Joshua Jeb Fincham, 31, Waterville, Kan., for aggravated failure to appear. Bond set at $2,500.

Fernando Tapia-Murillo, 41, Eudora, Kan., for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $750.

Shawn Edward Lucas, 31, 1205 Ratone St., for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $750.

Aaron Jennings Salem, 22, 820 Osage St., for failure to appear. Bond set at $124.

William Taylor Breen, 19, 3617 Rocky Ford Ave., for possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and minor in possession of alcohol. Bond set at $1,000.

Antonio Aguirre, Jr., 23, Fort Riley, Kan., for driving under the influence. Bond set at $1,500.

Frank James Gonzales, 26, 3425 Cardinal Rd., for driving under the influence. Bond set at $750.

Anthony Matteo Piccolo, 23, 1605 Cedar Crest Dr., for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $750.

Karlton Paul Woods, Jr., 24, Fort Riley, Kan., for disorderly conduct. Bond set at $750.
