Arrests

Christopher Michael Lawrence, 27, Ogden, Kan., for domestic battery. Bond set at $500.

Christopher Joseph Halliday, 25, Leadville, Colo., for unlawful possession of hallucinogens and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $1,000.

Donna Marie Helholtz, 22, Leonardville, Kan., for two counts of failure to appear. Bond set at $8,000.

Joshua Wade Lute, 23, Lonoke, Ark., for failure to appear. Bond set at $6,000.

David Maldonado, Jr., 37, 3024 Claflin Rd., for failure to appear. Bond set at $199.

Ranaldo Rashad Golden, 26, 521 Vattier St., for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $1,500.

Brandon Arthur Kniffin, 25, 1725 Houston St., for probation violation. Bond set at $1,000.

Richard Lewis Chaffin, Jr., 25, 427 N. 16th St., Apartment B, for domestic battery and criminal restraint. Bond set at $1,000.

Eric James Lubrano, Jr., 21, 1917 Strong Ave., for failure to appear. Bond set at $239.

Emily Jane May, 19, 1019 Osage St., for driving under the influence. Bond set at $750.

Kelvi Jean Cunningham, 30, 1413 Nichols St., for domestic battery. Bond set at $500.

Incidents

Riley County Police continue to investigate a car break-in that occurred in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. earlier this week.

Robert Jordan, 28, told RCPD that sometime between 10 p.m. Monday, April 23, and 5 a.m. Tuesday, April 24, someone broke into his car and made off with his wallet, oakley sunglasses, medication, and  brace.

The suspects did not use force to enter Jordan’s vehicle.

Jordan estimates the total loss to be  $1735.

RCPD has no suspects at this time.
